Hand Rejuvenation

Dr. Zanelli utilizes a combination of procedures to rejuvenate hands and restore their youthful appearance. Skin treatments to fade and eliminate age spots include home-care with retinoids and hydroquinone and in-office treatments with the Palomar StarLux IPL. The Fractional 1540 laser is used to smooth fine wrinkles and give the skin of the hands a healthy glow. Dr. Zanelli administers Radiesse to the hands to restore the volume and plumping under the skin which is lost due to aging. All combined, this regimen produces a remarkable restoration of the hands which are so important to our appearance and self-esteem.
